Mehmet SARI, the fluently English speaking owner & original founding member of the business started the company over eleven years ago. Originally trained as an accountant, Mehmet felt a need to expand on this & joined a well know Construction & Design company in Istanbul, whose clients include many well-known members of the Turkish Entertainment Industry.

Armed with the knowledge & practical experience he gained there, he then relocated to Kalkan & MSJ Real Estate was one of the first bi-lingual Real Estate Agencies to open its doors in the area. This experience has been extremely useful for him, particularly now more than ever with the luxury standard of builds & refurbishments in Kalkan becoming increasing higher.

This background has given him a distinguished base on which to build for the future but being a very traditional man, Mehmet feels it is extremely important to hold on to his belief of honesty & integrity, which is something that is truly valued. Due to the fast expansion of development in Kalkan, he feels that sometimes clients can feel pressurised or pushed into buying a property that does not suit their needs or budget.
