Kalkan Villa Construction

The process for our design and construction is the same regardless of whether we are building apartments or villas. We work with local architects who are familiar with the Kalkan area and building restrictions and use local craftsmen throughout the construction process. We site manage each project personally to ensure the quality of the build and to make certain the finishing touches are exactly per the customers requirements which you can check our progress through our regular updates and photographs to you. We pay particular attention to detail as we strive for perfection throughout. Building regulations stipulate construction can only take place in Kalkan out of season (November to May) so as not to disturb the peace and tranquillity of Kalkan.

These neighbouring four bedroom villas with self-contained one bedroom apartment were constructed on a sizeable plot with unobstructed sea views overlooking parkland. We select our land carefully to ensure the best possible views are always retained by the property. All our properties are signed off by the local council and are fully certified for habitation.

Working on the initial foundations and main structure of the villas, we exceed the regulatory standards by using C25 cement not C20. We also blend liquid insulation to the mix for additional protection as this is such a vital element of the construction process.

Next we apply a complete layer of insulation which in itself is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be 95% effective. The swimming pool is also doubly insulated, as after all, this is always full of water!

Although stone cladding when done property is time consuming, the finished effect is immaculate.

The finished result is a luxury villa and apartment with large pool and terraces and stunning sea views from all storeys.
