Immaculately presented, this large and airy 4 bedroom apartment is absolutely perfectly located in the centre of Kalkan close to all the shops and restaurants without the need for expensive taxis. Although it has no pool, the beach and beach clubs are only approximately 200 metres away so it really is a superb location.
The apartment itself is on two floors and comfortably sleeps 7 in the three air-conditioned double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and there is also a sofa bed in one of the double bedrooms. Apart from the single, all bedrooms have access to balconies with superb sea views. There is also a large roof terrace with one of the best views in Kalkan of both the open sea and harbour, just perfect for BBQ’s or breakfast.
