On the LaVanta site itself there will be:

Restaurants, cafes and shopping include various restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and budgets as well as a mini supermarket. Most will be available all year round.
Health facilities include a spa offering a range of therapeutic and relaxing treatments as well as beauty treatments. Or if you prefer something more energetic why not make full use of the indoor and outdoor pools or gymnasium. There is also on call medical services as well as crèche and baby sitting services.
Boutique Hotel. In the event you need extra space for guests, there will be a fifteen room hotel.
Property Management Services. Thinking of renting your property? No problem. LaVanta will have an on-line booking system to take full care of managing your property via the internet including online account payments, airport transfer, on-line bookings and property cleaning services.
Other facilities include free internet from all areas of the complex, ATM machine and free transport to/from Kalkan and the local beach.
