Facilites
Club Patara is an exclusive self-contained resort built around 10 years ago and remains unrivalled within Kalkan. Styled on a Roman town, it has been designed taking the natural landscape formation into account and using natural materials to blend with the natural beauty of Kalkan. The resort has winding cobbled streets, terracotta roof tops and a wonderful array of mature plants throughout.

The resort has all the facilities you need when purchasing a luxury holiday home, from its own private access beach with bathing platforms and scheduled water taxi to/from Kalkan, to 24 hour security for the complex. There is no access to the public to the complex unless invited by the owners. Cars are not allowed to park in the resort, which keeps traffic to a minimum thus creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

Beach and Water
Club Patara has its own 200mtr private beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag Award for water quality and safety amongst other strict criteria and provides plenty of opportunities for sunbathing with its bathing platforms. Or if you fancy a trip into Kalkan, then make use of the water taxi.

At the waterside there is also a watersports centre which includes a diving school and facilities for water skiing, banana rides, windsurfing, fishing and sailing.

If you prefer a swimming pool, Club Patara has four. The Grand Swimming Pool (25 mtr long) is a sea water outside pool. The Round Swimming Pool, also fed from sea water has a waterfall and is for adults only. The fresh water Terrace Pool has a children's pool attached, and finally there is the indoor heated pool located within the Health Club.

Dining and Bar
There are various bars and restaurants some open all-year round to suit everyone's budget serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from international cuisine, traditional Turkish open buffets, barbecue or simple snacks. Or why not relax in the Piano bar with live pianist then boogey the night away down at the waterfront in the Apollonia Disco Bar (closes at 1.00am).

If you prefer to experiment and try a little Turkish cooking of your own, there is a mini-market on-site and bakery.

Health and Fitness
Relax and enjoy a sauna and Turkish bath or treat yourself to some pampering with a massage and treatments from the on-site beautician. For the more energetic there is a mini-gym to keep up your fitness routine or why not have a game of tennis or volleyball.

There is a children's club with a certified teacher to keep your little ones occupied too.

Buying on Club Patara

Purchasing a property on Club Patara, Kalkan is no different from purchasing any other property in Turkey. All properties are freehold and come with full Title Deeds (TAPU). As an exclusive resort, it is the intention of the Management Company which all owners are shareholders of, to ensure it stays this way.

Restrictions
There are certain restrictions which all owners must adhere to in terms of maintaining their property. Altering the original appearance of the exterior of the property is generally not allowed and any alterations must have approval from the management company. Internally you are free to make most alterations.

Cars are allowed on-site for dropping off or collecting, but parking must be outside the complex.

There are no restrictions regarding renting your property, indeed many people do!

Management Charges
Charges are levied against each property on Club Patara to maintain the communal areas of the complex. Prices differ between properties and are dependent upon the budget allocated for maintenance for that year. Further details for properties advertised available upon request.

Membership Facility Charges
In order to fully appreciate Club Patara facilities, a membership scheme is in operation which owners can opt out of but it is not advisable particularly if you intend to rent your property. Membership allows owners and their guests to use the communal facilities such as pools, bathing platforms, health club, restaurants and bars. The price is charged in Euros, is fixed, is also legally recorded against your property, and cannot be changed. They are as follows:
